Returns & Faulty Goods Procedure

Returns Procedure:
The consumer has the right to return any item for a full refund (excluding delivery & return Postage) within 7 days of delivery providing the following conditions are met:

The goods must be un-opened, un-used, in same conditon as delivered including display box and in their original packaging, complete with any supplied accessories and Leads Products packed in Blister Packs (sealed plastic), cannot be returned if the blister pack has been opened.
Headphones / Microphones that have been used can not be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Software products may not be returned and hardware products containing software products that have been registered may also not be returned

Unwanted items or items ordered in error
A 20% re-stocking fee will be payable for any unwanted goods or Items ordered in Error by Consumer, Any shipping charges incurred sending the product to you will be deducted. The consumer is responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items, or will be responsible for the direct cost of collection

Delivery Problems & Faulty Goods:
Claims for non delivery, missing items or damage to goods in transit must be made within 48hrs of delivery or 7 days from notified dispatch of item. Claims will not be accepted after this time. Goods only found to be faulty from new by our technical department can be returned for replacement or refund . The customer must notify Lighthouse Audiovisual Light and Sound Limited within 28 days of receipt of the goods.
Goods supplied outside U.K carry a return to base or supplier warranty The consumer is responsible for the cost of returning any items supplied outside UK, or will be responsible for the direct cost of collection
Any goods which develop a fault within the 12 month warranty period can be returned to us or Manufacturer for repair. The consumer is responsible for the cost of returning any goods requiring repair and return postage fee.
